Hook 'Em
I have never said those words more proudly than now that I am now finally done with school. Now I can finally claim my spot among numerous other Longhorn Alumni. . . and dare to venture the world for what's next in store for me. Despite the fact that I am completely and utterly terrified, I am ready to get out there. With that said, the following are photographs of my best friend's graduation about two weeks ago. He is the first in his family to have graduated from college. Now that he has set the precedence I am sure he will not be the last.
We are proud of you Ang! El como le gustaria dicer a tu mama, "Viva Mexico."

Oscar's Assignment
So...My dear friend Oscar gave me an assignment: To shoot TEN images over the course of a weekend. I shot more than ten but was only able to scramble up the following. Needless to say, this is not the best stuff ever! However, I did try to explore different angles, used depth of field to create a sense of disturbance and shot what was available around me(...mainly because I was forced to resort to shooting whatever I could last minute). Any comments?

Austinites gather Wednesday June 17th at the Capitol and march down Congress to 6th street in protest of the 2009 presidential election outcome in Iran.
Protest and civil unrest arose in Iran after incumbent Mahmoud Ahmadinejad won by a landslide of 63% against opponent Mir-Hossein Mousavi.
